Newsways Distributors is the largest independent distributor of magazines in the Southern California market. We visit over 3,600 outlets throughout California (refer to attached mapped areas) a minimum of once every week.

Rack-n-Rollout is your opportunity to tap into the sales potential of our extensive distribution base. Rack-n-Rollout can expand the number of quality outlets that carry your title in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Fresno, Bakersfield and in surrounding counties. Our account base includes:

• Independent and Chain Stores
• Moderate to high volume Convenience Stores
• Newsstands and Bookstores
• Grocery and Drug Stores
• Hotel, Office and Lobby Concessions
• Airport Concessions

Once in the program, you are assured placement in an expanded number of accounts. You pay only for accounts added to your existing distribution plus the additional copies distributed. The distribution will be targeted to the markets best suited to your title’s end user.

In Phase One of the program, you can add from 50 to 800 stores with a slotting allowance of $2.30 per outlet per month plus $.10 per distributed copy per issue over your original baseline. Phase One is a minimum three-month commitment for all frequencies except bi-monthlies, which require a four-month committment.

In Phase Two of the program, your additional stores and copies will be maintained at a distributed rate (over the original baseline) of $.10 per copy. Phase Two lasts for six monthes, after which the performance of your title will be evaluated and accounts with sell throughs of 40% or better will be maintained and regulated as part of our normal distribution.

The program is open to bi-monthlies, monthlies, bi-weeklies, and weeklies only. The number of issues for participation are as follows; bi-monthlies - 2, monthlies - 3, bi-weeklies - 6, weeklies - 13. Please see the attached sheet to sign up.
